- Deletion: When you disconnect Celeste from your Instagram account (by visiting https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ and removing our access), we automatically delete all your data, including:
- Instagram access tokens
- Tiendanube access tokens
- All conversation histories
- Store configurations and custom prompts
For Customers
- Your messages are processed according to Instagram's privacy policy
- If you wish to have your specific conversation data deleted from our systems, you can:
- Write "!delete" in that chat (we won't respond to avoid creating new data, but your request will be processed)
