• Instagram access tokens (to send and receive messages)
• Instagram Business Account IDs
• Tiendanube access tokens (to access store and product information)
• Custom prompts and store-specific information you provide

From Customers

• Instagram user IDs (as provided by Instagram's API)
• Conversation histories with stores using our service

Store Owner Information

• To authenticate with Instagram and Tiendanube APIs

• Deletion: When you disconnect Celeste from your Instagram account (by visiting https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/ and removing our access), we automatically delete all your data, including:
  • Instagram access tokens
  • Tiendanube access tokens
  • All conversation histories
  • Store configurations and custom prompts

For Customers

• Your messages are processed according to Instagram's privacy policy
• If you wish to have your specific conversation data deleted from our systems, you can:
  1. Write "!delete" in that chat (we won't respond to avoid creating new data, but your request will be processed)
